  Please fill out this form as completely as possible.  "Typical" selections have been chosen as Defaults.  If you are unsure as to what to select at the lumber specifications, select "Other" and input your instructions to the best of your understanding.  If an item does not apply, select "Not Applicable".  Please also include any other instructions or comments in the spaces provided.  When you are finished, simply hit "Submit" and the information will be emailed to our office.  Note that if you are using an internet firewall, you may need to grant permission to allow the email to be sent.

  Builder understands that this "Profile Form" may be used for future estimates unless the Builder notifies Residential Estimating by completing another Profile Form.
  Builder directs Residential Estimating to use the Material Specifications for 'Structural Lumber' as noted on the plan if they are more stringent than the "Profile Form".
    PAYMENT    
  Builder understands that he/she is responsible for payment.  If applicable, reimbursements are handled between the Builder and the Lumber Company.
  Builder acknowledges that Payment to be C.O.D.    
    FOUNDATION    
  Builder will use a Turnkey Foundation, does not want Form Lumber    
       
    FLOOR TRUSS SYSYEM / I-JOIST SYSTEM    
  Home will get an I-Joist Engineered Floor System or Floor or Roof Trusses which will be figured BY OTHERS. Residential Estimating does not include these.
